On 16 July, the panel of judges of the Homel Region Court considered the protest of the procuracy against the verdict of the Tsentralny District Court of Homel acquitting the Jehowah’s Witness Dzmitry Smyk of draft-dodging (Article 435 of the Criminal Code) and left the verdict standing.

On 1 July, an activist of the Party of Belarusian Christian Democracy, Kastus Shytal, was detained in the village of the Budslau in the Miadzel district of the Minsk region during the traditional festivities in honor of the icon of Our Lay of Budslau.
11.06.2010 Mikola Dzemidzenka is charged with posting leaflets in Vitsebsk
On 10 June, a leader of the Young Front, Mikola Dzemidzenka, was detained by policemen with assault rifles in Vitsebsk, where he come to meet with activists of the Young Front and the Party of Belarusian Christian Democracy. The activist was detained on a trolleybus, before the eyes of passengers.

On 9 June, lawyer Yauhen Hrabouski familiarized with a copy of the verdict to his client, conscientious objector Yauhen Yakavenka, who has been recently punished by the Tsentralny District Court of Homel with 1 year of personal restraint with direction to an open penitentiary institution.
04.06.2010 Belarusian human rights defenders informed Amnesty International about sentence to Yauhen Yakavenka
On 4 June, Tatsiana Shvets, Judge of the Tsentralny District Court of Homel, sentenced Yauhen Yakavenka, an activist of the organizing committee of the Party of Belarusian Christian Democracy, to a year of personal restraint for 'evasion from military service'. Mr. Yakavenka was released till the enforcement of the sentence under a written undertaking not to leave. The activist and his counsel, Yauhen Hrabouski, disagree with the verdict and stated they would appeal against it.
16.05.2010 Navahahradak police looking for green paint
On 13 May the Navahradak police tried to conduct searches at apartments of the local activists. They told the Protestant pastor Uladzimir Kachahur they were looking for the green paint which had been flung on a car by unknown persons.
03.05.2010 Police apologized and paid 100,000 rubles as compensation
The transport police of Babruisk offered official apologies to Taisiya Kabanchuk, activist of the organizing committee of the Belarusian Christian Democracy Party, for the violent actions of policemen on 25 March. The woman also received from them 100,000 Belarusian rubles as a compensation for an unused railway ticket and broken glasses.
03.05.2010 Brest: police accuse BCD activist Zmitser Shurkhai of theft
On 30 April Andrei Bychyk, a police inspector of the Maskouski District Police Department of Brest, phoned to Zmitser Shurkhai, an activist of the Belarusian Christian Democracy Party, to invite him to the police department as a suspect in the theft that was witnessed by an anonymous person who had phoned to the police lately.

24.04.2010 Babruisk: Xeroxed leaflets are distributed in support of pro-governmental candidate
Aliaksandr Kazlou works at the open stock company Belshyna, the largest enterprise of Babruisk, as deputy director on ideology, and is running for the regional council of deputies at the Minskaya election constituency #10. His rival Viachaslau Sheleh, a member of the organizing committee of the Belarusian Christian Democracy, noticed suspicious agitation leaflets being spread all over the constituency.
