25.09.2012 Invalid ballots miraculously disappeared from polling stations in Orsha
As the “Human Rights Defenders for Free Elections” has already told, on 18 September, the first day of the early voting, some electors were issued ballots with the surname of Aliaksei Tsikhanenkau, a candidate of the United Civil Party who stopped running on decision of the party shortly before the voting period. 37 ballots with his surname were issued to electors at polling station #8 on 18 September.

Independent observer Halina Yarashevich registered a rapid growth of the number of the electors who decided to vote at home at precinct #24 in Baranavichy-Eastern election constituency #6. On the election day, 23 September, this number increased from the initial 47 people to as many as 362.
25.09.2012 Masty: constituency election commission holds final sitting... in the nighttime
Masty constituency election commission #56 held its sitting to sum up the election results in secret. In the morning of 24 September an observer of the “Human Rights Defenders for Free Elections” Aleh Ramashkevich came to the building where the election commission was situated and was told that the sitting had been held late in the evening. In fact, if it was really so, it could be held only at night. The commission refused to present a copy of the final protocol to Ramashkevich, telling him to learn the results of the election several days after in the local press.

25.09.2012 Human rights defender Pavel Levinau demands that results of voting be declared invalid
Mr. Levinau filed two appeals to the Central Election Commission to report about violations at polling stations #52 and #58 of the Chkalauskaya election constituency in Vitsebsk. He proposes to annul the results of the voting there.
