Baranavičy: Law enforcement authorities refuse to consider electoral fraud report

The Baranavičy interdistrict department of the Investigative Committee and the city Department of Internal Affairs refused to consider a request by former member of the city territorial election commission Viktar Syrytsa, who complained about alleged electoral fraud during the tabulation of voting results at polling station No. 36. The complaint, where the activists argued that the final protocol at the polling station was rigged, has been forwarded to the CEC, instead.

“On October 27, the Central Election Commission said that the complaint had already been considered at the commission meeting, and there was a re-recount of the votes after the precinct commission found a mistake,” said Viktar Syrytsa.
