384 out of 1,314 voters registered at precinct No. 5 in Smarhoń (29.2%) voted during the four days of early voting (October 6-9). 63.5% of them are women, 36.5% - men.

Smarhoń human rights activist Ales Dzerhachou who monitors the elections at the respective polling station, pointed that it was the first time he had seen such a high per cent of early voting, which is some 5-10% higher than the usual percent in the city.

Meanwhile, voters report about the forcing to early voting at the Smarhoń Aggregate Plant, the military unit and other state institutions.
