The information that the Hrodna Regional Election Commission won't work on September 8, was published at the official website of the Hrodna Regional Executive Committee.

The reason is that a sitting of the Eurasian Inter-governmental Council, attended by the Russian Prime-Minister Dmitriy Medvedev, is held in Hrodna.

Here's the full text of the announcement: “The Hrodna Regional Commission on elections of the President of the Republic of Belarus informs you that due to the conduct of a sitting of the Eurasian Inter-governmental Council in Hrodna on September 8, 2015, the duty at the Commission will not be implemented. We apologize and ask you to apply during other days."
