The Biaroza district executive committee has expanded the number of places prohibited for picketing in order to collect voters' signatures for the nomination of presidential candidates.

In 2010, it was forbidden to collect signatures less than 50 meters from the buildings of local government and self-government, organizations, ensuring national defense and state security, as well as the livelihoods of the population (water, heat and electricity supply).

In 2015, new restrictions were added to the previously ban.

Now it is prohibited to campaign closer than 50 meters from the district courthouse; the district prosecutor's office; preschool and secondary education institutions; health care and culture facilities; religious buildings; as well as railway stations located in the territory of the district; public transport stops; the central square of the city; and the central square of Belaaziorsk.
