The Viciebsk district executive committee has announced the places which will be prohibited for holding pickets to collect signatures for the nomination of presidential candidates.

According to a published decision, the executive committee has forbidden to collect signatures "at a distance of less than 20 meters from the buildings of rural executive committees, kindergartens, health care organizations, military units, buildings of the district department of emergency, facilities of water, heat and energy supply."

District officials ordered police officers to ensure the protection of public order during the pickets, and take measures to prevent pickets in places prohibited by the decision.

In addition, the ideology department has been ordered to publish on the official website of the district executive committee and in the local newspaper Žyccio Prydzvinnia information about prohibited locations.
