The administrative case against Homieĺ religious community "Church of God "Praabražennie" has been sent to court. The police charge the community under Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, “violation of the order of holding mass events”. The pastor the parishioners can be fined up to 30 basic units or sentenced to arrest.

Let us remind that on May 31 police and riot police interrupted a divine service conducted by the community in the rented hall of an administrative building in the Centraĺny District Court of Homieĺ. The police were shooting the events on video and said thay had allegedly received a telephone call with information about an unauthorized mass event. Later the believers were called to the police station for questioning and getting chages.

The religious community was registered in 2005 and re-registered in 2012.
