December 1, Vaukavysk District Court fined another participant presented at the commemoration of insurgents of 1863-1864 ibn Svislach and Yakushouka.

Vital Huliak was fined for “participation in unauthorized event”. The basis of accusation was again a violation reported drafted at the Salihorsk District police Department. During his presence at the memorial event, Vital Huliak didn't hold any symbols, cry out any slogans. He didn't deliver any speeches and didn't violate the public order. However, for his very presence there, Judge of Vaukavysk District Court Yury Yakimovich sentenced him to a fine of 3 million rubles.

Let us remind that six more people have been already fined for taking part in the day of memory. Charges have been given to nine more persons, who are currently awaiting trials.
