Yauhen Vaskovich, who is serving a seven-year prison term for hooligan actions towards the building of the Babruisk KGB office, will be transferred from the cell-type prison No.4 to the penal colony No. 15 due to the expiry of the three-year term of keeping in the high-security prison. Both corrective institutions are situated in Mahiliou.

October 12, 2011, the attestation commission declared Mr. Vaskovich a malignant violator of the prison regime, as a result of which he was transferred to the high-security prison.

“In prison, Yauhen went through pressurization, restrictions and numerous placements in penal cell. All in all, he spent 247 days in solitary confinement there. He withstood it. He has repeatedly refused to sign a clemency petition for Lukashenka,” points the press service of the Belarusian Christian Democracy.
