Court in the case of journalist Maryna Malchanava is holding in Bobruisk at 3.30 p.m. on September 23 - and the next visit of Ales Burakou to the police department in Mogilev at 11a.m.

Both are suspected of violating of the Article 22.9 of the Administrative Code - illegal production and distribution of media products.
Correspondent of "Bobruisk carrier" Marina Molchanova is blamed by the police for the publication on the website of "Belsat" TV channel in August 2014.
The basis for administrative prosecution of Alies Burakou was the appearance of three materials under his name on the website DW.DE ("Deutsche Welle") in July and August 2014. On this basis, in the apartment of a journalist and his parents the officers of the police department of the Leninsky district held an "examination of the place of an administrative violation" on September 16 and took two laptops, two system units and two flash drives.
