An appropriate appeal to the Mahiliou City Executive Committee was signed by 24 people. The reason for the appeal was the plan for year 2014, adopted by the officials.
According to this document, repairs are to be conducted in five houses which have the status of historical and cultural values:house No. 17 in Kamisaryiatski Lane, Houses No. 15 and 17 in Pershamaiskaya Street, house No. 33 in Piyanerskaya Street and house No. 10 in Pazharny Lane.
The citizens point that more than half a year has passed already, but the repairs in some of these houses still haven't begun. The citizens don't rule out that the adopted plan can be declarative in its nature and the repairs may not be completed in time.
