The campaign can be joined by any Belarusian citizen – he/she only has to file an online application form and send the results of observation at a concrete polling station.

Nazirannie2014.spring96.org site not only includes detailed instructions on how to become an observer and to behave properly at the polling station, but also the unusual storries that happened with observers during previous campaigns.

The informational part of the website includes the blocks "How to become an observer", " Early Voting", "Election Day", "The counting of votes".

The Campaign "Human Rights Defenders for Free Elections" has observed electoral campaigns in Belarus for six years. The new interactive platform is aimed at involving the Belarusians who are interested in election observation.
