The law enforcement authorities of Barysau have launched a campaign of hunting for football fans, after several photos were posted online to support Ukraine’s pro-EU protesters, the website barysau.by reports.

One of the guys has already been sentenced to five days in jail for being allegedly identified in the picture. Meanwhile, all the faces in the photos are disguised and it is impossible to establish the identities. The youth was invited to talk to the police station on Wednesday night, and he has not returned home. A closed trial was held on Thursday, where the BATE supporter heard the sentence for "violation of the established procedure for holding meetings, rallies, marches, demonstrations, and picketing..."

It is also worth noting that people are being intimidated by phone calls to their relatives and friends, while no one has received a police summons.
