Pinsk BCD coordinator gets warned

Pinsk coordinator of the Organizational Committee for Creation of the Party Belarusian Christian Democracy SiarheiSukhavierkhi was officially warned by prosecutor’s office against acting “on behalf of an unregistered organization”, BCD’s press-service reports.

It is notable that the phone call and a request to come to the prosecutor’s office took place in two days after Sukhaverkhi had applied to executive authorities for registering his initiative group for running in elections. The phone call and the warning were made by the deputy inter-district prosecutor of Pinsk LiudmilaSuprun.

The same day Sukhaverkhi’s mother was called to the place of her employment, Malotkavichy boarding school, where she was expected by the deputy chairman of Pinsk district executive committee IosifPalkhouski, who tried to persuade her to make her son revoke the application for registering the electoral team.
