The 3rd Belarusian Human Rights Forum will be held on 26-27 October, 2013 in Vilnius. The Forum will bring together representatives of the Belarusian human rights organizations, as well as international and foreign human rights groups.

The key human rights event of year is expected to feature discussions on the current situation in the domestic human rights movement, the human rights situation in Belarus and the former Soviet Union, and possible strategy for the Belarusian human rights defenders. Several parallel thematic sections are also on the agenda.

The organizing committee of the Forum is comprised of the Human Rights Center Viasna, the Belarusian Helsinki Committee, the Barys Zvozskau Belarusian Human Rights House, the Legal Transformation Center (Lawtrend), the Belarusian Association of Journalists, the Committee for the Protection of the Repressed Salidarnasts, the Belarusian Documentation Center and the Assembly of Democratic NGOs of Belarus.

Previous Belarusian Human Rights Forums were held in 2004 and 2010.
