Smaliavichy District Executive Committee provide all interested persons with an opportunity to see a detailed plan of the territory of the "Sino-Belarusian industrial park", placing the scheme on its website.

However, an ordinary citizen can hardly understand anything from this plan. The matter is that only colored squares and other geometric figures can be seen on the scheme, whereas the names of the settlements and suburban cooperatives, where the planned construction will be located, aren't indicated. So, a person without special education and/or detailed information about the planned territory of the park cannot understand very little from this scheme. However, the local dwellers, whose houses can be dismantled during the construction works, are interested in this very information.

The public discussion of the construction plan will last till 23 July, and on 24 July a meeting with the developers of the plan of the Sino-Belarusian industrial park will be held at the Smaliavichy Culture Palace.
