Anatol Litvinka, one of the founders of the independent trade union organization at Mikashevichy plant "Granite", was dismissed by an order of the "Granite" director general, Eduard Haurylkovich.

On 1 April the secretary and treasurer of the independent trade union organization Anatol Litvinka was presented the notice according to which his labor contract was terminated due to the "systemic non-implementation of labor duties". The activist considers the dismissal as unlawful and is going to apply to court after discussing the situation with other members of the trade union.

A year ago Anatol's wife, Liudmila Litvinka was dismissed from "Granite" as well and couldn't find a job in Mikashevichy for a long time after it. Moreover, last year the enterprise administration dismissed almost all activists who had founded the trade union – Aleh Stakhayevich, Mikalai Karyshau, Vital Pashechka and Henadz Paulouski. One more activist, Leanid Dubanosau, continues getting threats of dismissal.
