Eight well-known Salihorskers addressed the head of the Salihorsk District Executive Committee in connection with the problems with the health care at the local polyclinic.

Among them there is the head of the Salihorsk city branch of the Belarusian Language Society Mikalai Sharavar, the journalist Larysa Nasanovich, a member of the “European Belarus” campaign Uladzimir Lemesh and the entrepreneur Uladzimir Shyla. The address was initiated by a former candidate for the parliament, ex-lieutenant-colonel of the financial police Viktar Malochka.

In their address the civil activists demand concrete answers to a number of daily issues, including the terms of the construction of another polyclinic in Salihorsk, the attraction of the necessary medical personnel to the city and the purchase of new medical equipment.
