Valery Bulhakau, editor-in-chief of the Arche intellectual magazine, was detained during a presentation in Hrodna on 15 September.
Valery Bulhakau was later released. However, he is expected to stand trial on charges of illegal trade, as he reportedly sold some 20 books during the presentation.
