The list of members of precinct election commission #27 includes Marharyta Bialiayeva. Opposite her surname it is indicated that she was nominated to the commission by collection of signatures of electors, which is followed by the inscription (will bring) in brackets. Most probably, she is well-known for her work in the commission, if it she is allowed to present such papers later.

Though the state-owned press has published only the first half of the list of members of the precinct election commissions of Babruisk, even this information is sufficient for concluding that the choice of commission members followed the usual scenario: representatives of labor collectives were mixed with representatives of pro-governmental organizations and parties.

The PECs of Pershamaiskaya election constituency #79 consist of 12-18 members. There are 43 precinct in this constituency. The newspaper has published information only about ten of them.

In these PECs there are ten representatives of the Belarusian National Youth Union, ten representatives of “Belaya Rus”, nine representatives of the Belarusian Union of Women, seven – from pro-governmental trade unions and nine – from the veteran's association.

In Leninskaya election constituency #78 the number of members varies from 10 to 13. The information only about 5 out of 27 PECs of constituency #78 has been published so far. There are four representatives of the Belarusian National Youth Union, five representatives of the Belarusian Union of Women, four – from pro-governmental trade unions, two – from the veteran's association and three – from the “Red Cross”.

PECs of Selskaya election constituency #80 have 11-14 members. Information has been published about six out of seven commissions. The situation here is similar: many nominees from labor collectives, four representatives of the Belarusian National Youth Union, five – from “Belaya Rus”, three – from “Red Cross”, four – from pro-governmental trade unions, four from the “Belarusian Peace Foundation” and two from the veteran's association.
