Judge Inna Kokhava of Orsha Town Court has ruled to dismiss a lawsuit lodged against Yanina Liasneuskaya, activist of the Nash Dom civil campaign, for alleged propaganda of violence and cruelty.
The charges were dropped because the statute of limitation has expired.
