They said that the guy had posted the sticker "No to the death penalty!" under a bridge. Mouchan was severely beaten after the detention.  

According to Radio "Liberty", Mouchan's evidence has been presented in court today. However, policemen witnesses have not attended the hearing. That is why the trial has been postponed until July 24. Mouchan has been let off until the trial.
