Kalinkavichy residents Kanstantsin Rudzenia, 17, and his friend Natallia Malshakova have been fined by a local juvenile commission, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty reports.
Natallia Malshakova received a BYR 2 mln fine, while Kanstantsin Rudzenia was fined 2.1 mln roubles.
The guy was convicted on charges of being drunk in a public place, starting a fight and resisting police. Apart from that he received two warnings under the Administrative Code. Kanstantsin Rudzenia was reportedly beaten during the arrest.
The girl was fined for posting an online comment on police-related violence against her friend, which “deliberately abused the policemen.”
