The Supreme Court will not consider a complaint lodged by the organizing committee of the Belarusian Christian Democracy Party, says an official reply received by the BCD secretary Dzianis Sadouski.

According to Mr. Sadouski, the reply is a verbal copy of a previous decision, expect for the phrase “there are no grounds for reversing the court ruling”.

“Everything is obvious here. And first of all the regime’s attitude towards BCD’s registration. The Supreme Court did not even consider the legal violations committed by the Ministry of Justice by denying registration. So, all we can do is submit a complaint to the UN Human Rights Committee. We have every reason for that,” says Mr. Sadouski.
