Iryna Yaskevich, an organizer of the 8 October People’s Assembly in Vitsebsk, received a telephone call from the police. They wanted to come to her home in order to draw up a new violation report against her.

Most probably, they want to accuse her of violations during holding the People’s Assembly (earlier she had been accused of holding an unauthorized action). However, Iryna is convinced of her innocence as she had held an assembly, not a mass event. The police officer refused to explain the reasons why he wanted to come to her apartment, and she said she wouldn’t let him in. Then she was proposed to visit the police department, but said she wouldn’t come there without an official summon.
