Security guards of the Minsk Automobile Plant (MAZ)
were looking for leaflets with information about the People’s Assembly.
During a shift change on 5 October, MAZ security guards searched workplaces for
information materials about the People’s Assembly scheduled for 8 October.

Activists of organizing committees to hold people’s assemblies distribute
leaflets inviting people to take part in the events that will be held in 22
Belarusian towns at 1:00 pm on 8 October.
The leaflets contain information about the aims of the People’s Assembly, the
date, time and place of holding, and social and economic demands to the
Belarusian authorities.
Activists hand out leaflets every day in various places, including entrance
checkpoints of plants.
