At about 12.25 this afternoon, Zhodzina police broke into a private house, where a seminar on the region’s social development was underway.
As a result, the seminar participants, including two Ukrainian nationals, were taken to local police station and forced to provide written explanations.
At about 15.30, all the detainees were released without charges.
