According to data provided by the ‘Human Rights Defenders for Free Elections’ analysts, 14.3 % of observers have witnessed enforced early vote in its various forms. Here are some facts abut the reported violations.
Hrodna region, Masty district, town of Lunna, polling station # 19
19 inmates of local prison were taken to the polling stations. The voting was supervised by a representative of the prison administration.

Three military persons asked the election commission members to certify their voting.
