Opposition activist Kavalenka arrested
On 25 June, opposition activist Siarhei Kavalenka was arrested by Vitsebsk special police squad and taken to the city’s Pershamaiski court, www.charter97.org reports, quoting the activist’s mother.
Siarhei Kavalenka was charged with ‘disorderly conduct’. The accused requested legal defense and the trial was postponed.
