Hrodna: regional TV shows public address of candidate Zarembiuk in wrong time
Ales Zarembiuk, representative of the regional branch of the For Freedom movement, candidate for the Hrodna regional Council of Deputies at the Malyshchynskaya election constituency #8, filed a complaint with the Central Election Commission after his electoral address was broadcast at the wrong time by the Hrodna regional TV and radio association.
The speech was to have been shown at 6.20 p.m. on 1 April, but started at 6.04. Mr. Zarembiuk asks the CEC to discriminate in this situation and also turns its attention to the fact that he was proposed to choose just between two variants of the air time, whereas the law provides three variants.
The candidate also proposes to give air to his speech on the radio, at 6.20 p.m. on any other day of the election campaign.
