Hlybokaye: 30 'non-alternative' constituencies
In 30 constituencies of Hlybokaye district, Vitsebsk region, there will be only one candidate on the ballot each. Only 5 pro-democratic candidates are going to run in the elections, including representatives of the unregistered Belarusian Christian Democracy and the Belarusian Social Democratic Party (Narodnaya Hramada). Other political parties of the region will only maintain monitoring.
