Orsha town electoral committee loses constituency
According to a list of constituencies published in the Arshanskaya hazeta local newspaper, 3,385 voters are ‘lost’ by Orsha town electoral committee, as compared with the previous election campaign. Both the Committee and the town authorities failed to provide explanations for the fact.
Apart from that, the electoral committee, in violation of Article 15 of the Belarusian Electoral Code, allowed combining two non-adjacent territories to form a constituency.
