On 12 March the co-chairmen of the organizing committee of the Belarusian Christian Democracy Party filed to the Ministry of Justice the packet of documents for registration of the party.
The BCD co-chairmen are convinced that registration or non-registration of the party will show the real extent to which the Belarusian authorities are ready to liberalization.
At the end of the February the constituent assembly of the party took place. The co-chairmen think that all necessary legal procedures have been observed.
