According to the information of a candidate for deputy at Barysau town electoral constituency #62 Viktar Harbachou, the number of electors who expressed the wish to vote at home rapidly increased.

In particular, 303 persons ‘invited to their home’ at precinct #29. At precinct #43 (situated in secondary school #11) 298 out of 1800 voters allegedly want to vote at home.

According to Harbachou, it is hardly possible to control the routes of members of the precinct electoral commissions. In particular, at precinct #29 three cars with ambulatory ballot boxes drove away simultaneously. The one whom the observers decided to follow was driving across the town for half an hour, without making any stops. Then it returned to the polling station.
