Today Siarhei Malchyk, agent of candidate Siarhei Antusevich, encountered a group of BRSM activists, who were stopping students and forced them to go to the polls and vote early.
Students told Malchyk, they were allowed to vote not at the place of their registration, but at the place of study, in Hrodna, artificially raising the number of voters at polling stations where observers are.
A similar situation was observed yesterday at polling station # 30. Students who said they had been ordered to vote by their college administration formed a whole line at the polling station. Students of Hrodna State University and Agrarian University of Hrodna were also “proposed” to vote early.
