Administration of the Academy of Sciences demands from its staff to vote early. Work contracts are the main method of pressure.
Deputy head for ideology invites heads of departments of the Academy and orders them to force their subordinates to vote early. The Academy administration asks them to pay special attention to the staff who live in the dormitories or service flats. These people are the first to be approached and warned that the terms of contracts are to be over soon. According to the system that exists in the Academy, if people lose their jobs they will automatically lose the rooms in the dormitory or service flats. They have little choice: if one does not vote early today, tomorrow he can remain not only without a job, but also without a place to live.
