Minsk: “Official” candidate Vital Busko uses administrative resource

Siarhei Yuranau, agent of Viktar Kavalchuk, candidate in Uskhodniaya district # 107 in Minsk, filed a complaint to district election commission about violation of the election legislation.
Members of Kavalchuk’s initiative group report, his opponent – pro-rector of BSUER – violated seven articles of the Election Code by publication of his platform in Savetski Rayon Newsletter.
In particular the complaint claims, the newsletter, founded by Savetski rayon administration, was freely distributed at polling stations of Uskhodniaya election district # 107.
The newsletter was distributed at polling stations ## 538, 542, 543, 544, 545, 546, 547, 548, 549, 551, 555. On the second page of the newspaper Busko’s platform is published. The newspaper does not contain platforms of other candidates in the district. The complaint also informs about facts of other violations of the Election Code.
