On September 23rd during the work of election commission at precinct # 36, at 12.10 two students were writing a test at the desk for observers. When observers came in and asked what was happening and who the people at the desk were, commission chair V. Shcherbachevich told the students to leave the room.
Polling station # 36 of Brest-Centralnaya district # 2 is located in the cafeteria of Brest Technical University. Most of the commission members are the university teachers. Presence of other persons at the polling station contradicts Article 13 of the Election Code.
All polling stations of Brest-Centralnaya district # 2 lack contact information (telephone numbers and address of the Central Election Commission). At many polling stations information about precinct commission members is not available to voters. At polling station # 37 the book of correspondence registration was missing. The commission began to prepare the book only when candidate’s agents demanded to note down their remarks and recommendations.
