Homel: Mayor Candidate uses administrative resource

A meeting with voters of Alexander Bialiayeu was planned for September 19th in Homel Arts School # 5 (Homel-Selmashauskaya district # 32). The school administrations made all the prior arrangements to prepare for the visit of the candidate and Homel mayor in one person. On September 17th the school staff were informed that their presence at a meeting with Bialiayeu is obligatory and is part of their professional duties. However, for unclear reasons the meeting did not take place – the mayor failed to arrive.
The same methods were used by organizers of Bialiayeu’s meeting with voters in school # 12 of Homel. School teachers and administration were the absolute majority of the people attending the meeting.
