A candidate from the United Civil Party Alexander Dabravolski says he has already recorded his speech at the state TV channel Lad. He had an argument with a journalist Yury Lednik during it. ‘The matter is that my appearance had a splash screen with the address of my party’s web site, where the full text of my electoral program could be found. Lednik came and said that it was prohibited because it was allegedly PR of my party. From his talk with his colleagues I understood that they would not record me if I did not agree to removal of this splash screen.’
