Baranavichy: Even time of the commission’s sessions concealed from election observers

Chair of Baranavichy rural district # 7 P. Dubouski refused observer of the Belarusian Helsinski Committee Mikalai Chyzhykau teh opportunity to look through the minutes of the commission's session. Dubouski also refused to inform the observer about the time of tthecommission's session. He said, the observer would only get an opportunity to see the minutes that refer directly to the voting results.

In essence, the chair of the district commission is depriving the observer of opportunity to carry out his direct activity during the election. The chair of the commission wants to narrow down the work of the observers to looking through reports on the voting results
