Orsha: pro-governmental candidate gives his electoral promises

In particular, this month Arshanskaya Hazeta has published three articles about the influence of the Belarusian railroad its officer Uladzimir Zharela on the development of Orsha. One of the publications also features a photo of Zharela. On 12 August Zharela also answered on the radio to online calls at on the local radio and promised to build an ice palace in Orsha by 2010.
Of course, such altruism is highly laudable, but Zharela intends to run at Orsha electoral district #26.
