90% of members of the district election commissions in Smarhon are members of the republican public association “Belaya Rus”.
Notably they have been nominated in many different ways: from labor collectives, by submitting applications and so on.
On June 25 at the extended session of the republican public association “Belaya Rus” its head A. Radzkou stated: “It is natural that as a civil movement we have a right to take part in wok of district commissions, to be observers. We will work in this direction actively”. In reality we see not just participation. In fact, “Belaya Rus” received a possibility to control electoral process, observers emphasize.
Besides, 90% of the make-up of the commission in Smarhon, for instance, hasn’t changed since the last elections.
