The participation of state organs in collection of signatures for pro-governmental candidates and forcing of personnel to put signatures for them are quite usual violations at this stage of the electoral campaign. It is confirmed by observers, members of the initiative groups of other candidates and electors.

The most rude way of action is demonstrated by the administrations of state enterprises who give oral or written orders to their workers, containing threats or ‘recommendations’ of predictable nature. As we have already informed, that’s how signatures for the pro-governmental candidate A.Kazlou are collected at the plants that belong to the Integral alliance (Transistor, Electronica, plant of semiconductor devices, etc.). One of the examples is an announcement hanging at the forging shop of the Tractor plant telling the workers to come to work with passports. There signatures are collected for a now deputy of the Chamber of Representative A.Krasutski. By the way, while collecting signatures Krasutski’s initiative group also hands out informational materials which are distributed as the deputy’s report.
