Vitsebsk: early agitation in the form of ‘report to the electors’
Siarhei Siamashka, a now deputy of the Chamber of Representatives, has got registered at Vitsebsk Chyhunachny electoral district #19 an initiative group for his nomination to candidates to the next convocation of Chamber of Representatives.
On 2 August an interview with Siamashka was published in #88 of the Vitsbichy newspaper, founded by Vitsebsk city executive committee. The publication was prepared by the journalist Vital Sianko and included Siamashka’s CV, a report about his work as deputy and the future plans as an MP. The article can rather be considered as early agitation for candidate Siamashka that his honest report about the work done.
According to the electoral legislation agitation is allowed only after the candidate is officially registered by the appropriate electoral commission.
