Today, on 10 March, representatives of the For Freedom movement, headed by Aliaksandr Milinkevich, again passed to the Ministry of Justice a packet of documents for state registration of the NGO.
The constituent assembly of the organization took place in Mahiliou in February 2008. It is already the third attempt of the For Freedom to obtain legal status by receiving the state registration from the Ministry of Justice. Two previous times the ministry denied registration for alleged violations in the passed documents, etc. Both attempts to appeal against the ministry decisions to the Supreme Court of Belarus gave no results. So, no the organization makes the third attempt.
