It’s worth mentioning that the meeting was not allowed by the city authorities. Nevertheless, in the leaflets it was said that the meeting would take place anyway. That’s why Kuzniatsou was found guilty of having violated the order of holding mass actions (article 23.34 of the Administrative Code).
