Bear in mind that before the action its organizers applied to Baranavichy city executive committee for its authorization, but received a refusal. Nevertheless, the entrepreneurs held the meeting. A representative of the executive committee came to them and invited them to a meeting with the officials that will take place on 13 February in Baranavichy city soviet.
