Earlier the police started legal proceedings against Andrus Tsianiuta (Homel), Kiryl Atamanchyk (Zhlobin), and Arsen Yahorchanka (Svetlahorsk). The young people are charged with participation in an unregistered organization.
Investigators interrogated many youth activists, and searched the apartments of Young Front members. In two months, in November, they claimed they dropped the charges.
Andrus Tsianiuta learned about the renewed charges when he called an investigator and asked why they didn’t return his computer seized during the search.
The proceedings were renewed on the eve of the trial over Young Front activist Artur Finkevich. The cases against Homel regional activists began the second dozen of criminal cases against Young Front members.
